Despite the awry fact that none of us wants to grow old, the fact remains that we cannot possibly avoid becoming part of the elderly fraternity. With the onset of old age, come various issues and problems that need to be addressed properly to ensure that the old folks spend quality time immersed in activities that uplift their morale and also provide solace to the aching spirits. Keeping special focus on the various phases and stressors that inevitably happen during the tumultuous movement towards old age, Saloni Katyal and Puneet Uppal are trying to touch base with the elderly by providing them the benefits of a smooth transition through their unique and credible services and excellent health care facilities with the help of their novel startup that is Shreerama foundation.
Our Inspiration
Sushil Katyal & Late Mrs. Rama Katyal
The support system and inspiration behind the Shreerama foundation are the parents of Saloni Katyal, the late Mrs Rama Katyal and her father Mr Sushil Katyal, without whose guidance and support the Shreerama foundation would have been but a dream. Saloni Katyal or Sal as she is fondly known, has spent her childhood and youth amidst the strong foundation of a joint family and has been the first hand witness to the love and care showered by her parents and uncles on their grandparents. As they turned older, she has closely seen her parents in administering tender care while paying heed to their needs and concerns by lending them their wide, open ears and allowing them the space to voice their untold life stories and revitalizing fond memories of bygone days.
